1. Rescheduling Policy
We encourage you to keep a consistent schedule for the best results in your language journey. While you can reschedule sessions through your client portal:

Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time, as displayed in your client portal.

Requests made within 24 hours of the session start time, or missed sessions, will be counted as completed and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, you may reschedule a maximum of 2 sessions per 10-session package. Additional reschedules may result in forfeited sessions.
2. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your entire coaching package, please email us directly.

Full refund eligibility: Your cancellation request must be submitted within 24 hours of completing Session 1, based on the session time shown in your client portal.

After this window, you may still qualify for a partial refund (see Refund Policy).
3. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident about your investment while maintaining fairness for booked time and preparation.
Full Refund

Attend Session 1 and decide itâs not the right fit? Request a refund within 24 hours of Session 1 for 100% of your payment.
Partial Refund

If youâve completed 2â5 sessions, you are eligible for a refund on unused sessions at the per-session rate, minus a 20% administrative fee (calculated on the full package price).
Example:
If you bought 10 sessions for $1,000, each session is valued at $100. -
You completed 3 sessions = 7 unused sessions ($700).

Minus 20% admin fee on the full package ($200) = refund of $500.
No Refunds

After Session 5, or if more than 50% of the program is completed, no refunds are issued.

No refunds for missed, late, or no-show sessions.
4. Package Expiration

Each 10-session package is valid for 100 calendar days from the date of purchase.

If multiple packages are purchased together, all sessions must be used within the same 100-day period. The expiration date does not extend with additional purchases.

Unused sessions expire after 100 days and are non-refundable and non-transferable. This ensures steady progress and program availability for all learners.
5. Session Recording & Promotional Use Consent
We may record sessions for training, quality, andâonly with privacy safeguardsâfor promotional or educational purposes.
By joining this program, you agree that:

Short, anonymized excerpts from sessions (video, audio, or transcripts) may be used for marketing or educational content.

No personally identifiable information (full name, email, contact info, personal history) will be shared without your explicit, written permission.

Any public use will focus on showcasing the learning process, not your personal details.
If you prefer not to have your session excerpts used for promotional purposes, you may opt out at any time by emailing us.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7â10 business days after approval.
By enrolling in the program, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
