Last Updated: March 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Haku Spanish Fluency Program, a private Spanish coaching program offered by Haku Languages LLC ("Haku Spanish", "we", "our", or "us").

By enrolling in the program, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

The Haku Spanish Fluency Program is a structured six-month private coaching experience designed to help motivated adults develop real Spanish communication skills through the Haku Method: Understand to Speak.

Participants may enroll in one of the following program tracks:

Standard Track
Up to two (2) private coaching sessions per week

Intensive Track
Up to three (3) private coaching sessions per week

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is conducted live through the Haku Spanish online meeting platform.

Sessions may be recorded for educational and review purposes.

2. Program Duration

The program duration is six (6) months beginning on the date of the first scheduled coaching session.

Program access will automatically expire at the end of this period.

Participants are expected to attend sessions consistently throughout the program in order to benefit fully from the coaching experience.

3. Payment Options

Participants may enroll using one of the following payment options:

Pay in Full
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment.

Payment Plan
Participants may choose a six-month payment plan consisting of monthly installments.

Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not represent a pay-per-session arrangement.

Enrollment in the program represents a commitment to the full program fee, regardless of whether the participant pays in full or through a payment plan.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of program access and coaching sessions.

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By enrolling in the Haku Spanish Fluency Program, participants agree to contact Haku Languages LLC directly to resolve any questions or concerns regarding billing or payments before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.

Participants acknowledge that enrollment in the program represents a commitment to the full program fee, including any applicable payment plan.

If a participant initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Haku Languages LLC, Haku Languages LLC reserves the right to:

• suspend or terminate access to the program and coaching sessions
• provide documentation of this agreement and enrollment records to the payment processor or financial institution
• pursue recovery of any unpaid balances associated with the program.

5. Refund Policy

Because the program requires reserved coaching time and personalized preparation, the following refund policy applies.

24-Hour Refund Window

Participants may request a full refund within 24 hours after completing their first coaching session if they determine the program is not the right fit.

Refund requests must be submitted via email within this timeframe.

After this window has passed, no refunds will be issued.

Participants enrolled on a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

6. Session Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through the Haku Spanish scheduling system.

Participants are responsible for selecting and managing their scheduled sessions through the platform.

Automated notifications may be sent when sessions are booked, rescheduled, or canceled. However, participants remain responsible for ensuring their scheduling actions comply with the policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

7. Session Frequency and Program Pace

Participants are responsible for scheduling sessions consistently according to their selected program track.

Standard Track
Up to two sessions per week

Intensive Track
Up to three sessions per week

Sessions are intended to be distributed consistently throughout the program duration.

Unused weekly sessions do not automatically accumulate indefinitely.

8. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may reschedule sessions through the scheduling system with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered missed sessions and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

To maintain fairness and program structure, participants may reschedule up to:

Four (4) sessions during the program for the Standard Track
Six (6) sessions during the program for the Intensive Track

Additional rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

 9. Instructor-Initiated Rescheduling

If a coaching session must be rescheduled due to the availability or circumstances of Haku Languages LLC, the session will be rescheduled at the next mutually available time.

Sessions rescheduled by Haku Languages LLC will not count toward the participant’s rescheduling limit.

In some cases, rescheduling may result in an additional session occurring within a given week in order to accommodate the change.

If multiple sessions must be rescheduled due to instructor availability, reasonable adjustments may be made to the program timeline when appropriate.

10. Missed Sessions

If a participant fails to attend a scheduled session or cancels with less than the required notice, the session will be considered completed and forfeited.

Missed sessions are not refundable.

11. Emergency Flexibility

Haku Spanish understands that unexpected circumstances may arise.

In cases of genuine emergencies such as illness or urgent family matters, reasonable flexibility may be provided when possible.

However, all sessions must generally be completed within the six-month program duration, and accommodations remain at the discretion of Haku Spanish.

12. Program Pause Policy

Participants may request one temporary program pause of up to fourteen (14) days due to exceptional circumstances.

If approved, program access may be extended by the same number of days as the approved pause.

Pause requests should be submitted in advance whenever possible.

13. Session Distribution

Sessions are intended to be scheduled consistently throughout the program.

Participants should not accumulate a large number of sessions and attempt to schedule them within a short period near the end of the program.

Haku Spanish reserves the right to limit excessive scheduling within a short time frame in order to maintain program structure and calendar availability.

14. Intellectual Property

All program materials provided through the Haku Spanish Fluency Program, including but not limited to:

Participants may request that their session recordings not be used for promotional purposes.

16. Confidentiality

The program is provided as an educational coaching service.
