Haku Spanish Fluency Experience

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Haku Spanish Fluency Experience, a private Spanish coaching program offered by Haku Languages LLC (“Haku Spanish”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By enrolling in the program, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

  1. Program Overview

The Haku Spanish Fluency Experience is a structured six-month private coaching experience designed to help motivated adults develop real-world Spanish communication ability through the Spanish Fluency Integration™ system, based on the Haku Method: Understand to Speak.

Participants may enroll in one of the following program tracks:

  • Standard Track: up to two (2) private coaching sessions per week
  • Intensive Track: up to three (3) private coaching sessions per week

Participants are granted a defined number of coaching sessions based on their selected program track. Additional sessions may be assigned at the discretion of Haku Languages LLC when appropriate.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is conducted live through the Haku Spanish online meeting platform. Sessions may be recorded for educational and review purposes.

 

  1. Program Duration

The program duration is six (6) months beginning on the date of the participant’s first scheduled coaching session. Program access is provided upon enrollment; however, the program timeline is calculated from the date of the first scheduled coaching session, regardless of the date of purchase.

Program access will expire at the end of the six-month period unless otherwise adjusted at the discretion of Haku Languages LLC. Participants are expected to attend sessions consistently throughout the program.

Participants are expected to schedule their first coaching session within fourteen (14) days of enrollment. Delays in scheduling may result in a shortened effective program period.

 

  1. Payment Options

Participants may enroll using one of the following payment options:

  • Pay in Full: full payment is due at the time of enrollment
  • Payment Plan: six-month installment plan

Enrollment represents a commitment to the full program fee, regardless of payment method. Payment plans are offered as a convenience and do not represent a pay-per-session arrangement.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of program access and coaching sessions.

 

  1. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Participants agree to contact Haku Languages LLC first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a participant initiates a dispute without prior contact, Haku Languages LLC reserves the right to:

  • suspend or terminate access to the program
  • provide documentation to the financial institution
  • pursue recovery of any unpaid balances

 

  1. Refund Policy

Because the program requires reserved coaching time and personalized preparation, the following refund policy applies.

Participants may request a full refund within 24 hours after completing their first coaching session. Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe.

After this period, no refunds will be issued. Participants enrolled on a payment plan remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

 

  1. Session Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through the Haku Spanish system. Participants are fully responsible for scheduling and managing their sessions.

Automated notifications may be sent; however, participants remain responsible for ensuring compliance with all scheduling policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. Session Frequency and Program Pace

Participants are responsible for scheduling sessions consistently according to their selected track:

  • Standard Track: up to two (2) sessions per week
  • Intensive Track: up to three (3) sessions per week

Sessions are intended to be distributed consistently throughout the program duration.

 

  1. Program Structure and Scheduling

Coaching sessions are organized on a weekly basis from Monday through Sunday. Participants are expected to schedule and complete sessions within each calendar week.

Sessions not completed within a given calendar week are forfeited and do not carry over. Participants are responsible for scheduling sessions in advance, and availability is not guaranteed if sessions are not booked ahead of time.

Rescheduled sessions are expected to remain within the same calendar week whenever possible in order to support consistency and progress.

 

  1. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late changes, and the session will be treated as completed and not eligible for rescheduling.

Participants are expected to maintain a consistent weekly schedule. While occasional rescheduling is supported, excessive rescheduling may impact program flow and scheduling availability.

As a general guideline, most participants do not exceed:

  • Standard Track: four (4) rescheduled sessions
  • Intensive Track: six (6) rescheduled sessions

Additional rescheduling may be limited at the discretion of Haku Languages LLC.

 

  1. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions (no-shows), are considered late changes and will be treated as completed.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. Repeated violations may impact scheduling availability and may result in additional limitations.

 

  1. Emergency Flexibility

Haku Spanish understands that unexpected circumstances may arise. In cases of genuine emergencies, limited flexibility may be provided at the discretion of Haku Languages LLC.

All sessions must generally be completed within the six-month program duration.

 

  1. Program Pause Policy

Participants may request one temporary program pause of up to fourteen (14) days due to exceptional circumstances. If approved, program access may be extended by the same number of days.

 

  1. Session Distribution

Sessions are expected to be completed consistently throughout the program. Participants may not accumulate sessions and attempt to schedule them within a short period near the end of the program.

Haku Spanish reserves the right to limit excessive scheduling in order to maintain program structure and calendar availability.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All program materials are the intellectual property of Haku Languages LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or sold without written permission.

 

  1. Session Recordings

Coaching sessions may be recorded for training, educational, and review purposes. Recordings may be made available to participants.

Participants may request that their session recordings not be used for promotional purposes.

 

  1. Confidentiality

Haku Spanish respects the privacy of all participants. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

 

  1. Professional Conduct and Termination

Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Haku Languages LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if a participant engages in behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

 

  1. Fluency Integration Guarantee and Extension Terms

Haku Languages LLC offers a Fluency Integration Guarantee.

If the participant fully participates in the program and does not meet the defined fluency benchmarks, the participant may be eligible for a continued coaching phase at no additional cost.

Eligibility requires:

  • attendance of at least 90% of sessions
  • compliance with all scheduling and cancellation policies
  • active participation in sessions
  • completion of assigned work
  • consistent engagement with the system

Fluency benchmarks are defined by the ability to:

  • participate in real-time conversation
  • respond without reliance on translation
  • navigate common real-life situations
  • ask and answer follow-up questions
  • maintain communication without freezing

Assessment is conducted through a live, unscripted conversation.

If eligible, the continued coaching phase includes:

  • up to eight (8) additional weeks
  • up to one (1) session per week
  • focused coaching on remaining fluency gaps identified in the final assessment

All sessions must be used within the eight-week period and do not roll over.

This guarantee is limited in scope and does not constitute an open-ended or indefinite coaching commitment.

 

  1. Independent Contractor Relationship

Participation in the program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the participant and Haku Languages LLC.

 

  1. Force Majeure

Haku Languages LLC shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.
