Session recordings will not be publicly used for advertising, testimonials, social media, or other promotional purposes without separate permission from the participant.
Participants may not record, reproduce, publish, distribute, or share coaching sessions or session recordings except as permitted by the Terms of Service or with prior written permission from Haku Languages LLC.

- Maintain participant, coaching, payment, and business records
